I am not a snob by any stretch of the imagination, but I do like to have nice things. There may be those who think that is contradictory, but I am living proof that it is not. I did a search for College Park luxury apartments on my laptop when I decided I wanted to find an apartment closer to where I work. I had gotten a new job not long ago, but it made my commute nearly 50 minutes one way. I did not want to lose that much time of my day considering I had to double that five days a week.
I knew that I did not want just any apartment. I work hard for everything that I have, and I do like to enjoy the fruits of my labor. I wanted someplace nice where I could just relax after a long day at work or on my day off. The reason why The Pad on Harvard was so appealing to me is because there is a rooftop lounge, plus there are nearby parks where I can jog. There is also a fitness center for the days when I just feel like getting some cardio on a stationary bike or stair stepper.
The Pad is the one apartment that met all of the requirements that I have for anywhere that I live, and it also puts me pretty close to where I work. Just saving that much time driving every day makes moving here worth it, but then I look at all of the amenities and features that are included and I know just how lucky I am to be here. I have met a few friends in the short time that I have been here, and one of them is becoming very special to me already. That lets me know that this was definitely the right move.
